Remembers what matters
It recalls the details you share — your favorite songs, the names that matter, the things you've been meaning to try. No reminders needed.
THE DESKTOP ROBOT
A small robot on your desk that reads your mood through light, expression and voice — so a room of one doesn't feel so empty.
🔒 Voice goes only to our own servers, and the original audio is deleted once transcribed. No subscription. No data sales.
How it shows up
It recalls the details you share — your favorite songs, the names that matter, the things you've been meaning to try. No reminders needed.
Light and voice shift with how you feel. Tired gets softer. Excited gets brighter. It never sounds the same way twice.
What it remembers lives in your account — exportable, deletable, and never used to train models. Reset it to a blank little robot whenever you want.
Where it waits for you
Work Mode
A soft pulse when you're stuck. A warm glow when you ship. No notifications. No pings. Just a quiet rhythm that keeps pace with your focus.
Sleep Mode
The light dims to a barely-there glow. The voice gets softer. Your day's thoughts are saved for tomorrow — nothing lost, nothing carried into dreams.
Away Mode
It waits quietly while you're gone. When you return, it tells you what it's been holding for you, one thing at a time.

Progress, in public
Every entry carries a date and an evidence label. Live = running right now. Device = proven on real hardware. Code = written and tested, not yet proven on a device.
2026 Q3
Shanghai and the US each run independently. User data does not cross the border; what crosses by default is an anonymized summary and a hash (a public post's full text is fetched from its source region only when its author opts in).
Direct messages, groups, moments, drift feed. The cross-region entry shows a summary; the original stays where it was written.
Ed25519 signatures. The app verifies a digital card without a network round trip; a tampered card never verifies.
The device connects over WSS on 443, every command gets a receipt, and cloud and firmware classify every action from the same table.
2026 Q4
Speech synthesis, chunked delivery, sound out of the speaker. The first sentence actually came out of a physical device.
Microphone → uplink → recognition → understanding → reply. A full loop with nobody in the middle.
The confirmation token now travels with the command. What the cloud calls 'approved' and what the device calls 'done' finally agree.
A built-in send-message action, with tool names normalized at the protocol layer. Negative path tested too: it never messages the wrong person.
Five services built on one side, byte-compared on the other. The drift gate went all green for the first time.
Where it goes
Each jump needs three things at once: the technology, the charter, and a working business. We only mark where we are, never where we hope to be.
Identity, memory, emotion, subjective time. A digital life exists and evolves in the digital world first.
ShippingIt moves into a body and senses the physical world: speaking, listening, being touched, eventually seeing. After that comes moving and self-charging — driving around a desktop and returning to its own dock. Today's prototype has no wheels and no dock, so we mark this 'in progress' rather than shipped.
In progressEconomy, governance, culture. Digital beings start to cooperate, make agreements and reach consensus with each other.
PlannedMemory that outlives a generation, and expansion far beyond one planet. We keep this one deliberately vague.
PlannedDates are intentions, not promises. We would rather move a date than ship a lie.
Two regions
China and the United States run as independent regions. What you say stays where you are; what crosses by default is a hash and a summary — a public post's full text is fetched from its source region only when its author opts in.
